Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order, within the United States.

Where we ship. The United States only, at the moment. We cannot ship internationally yet.

Dispatch. Orders leave our California warehouse within 48 hours.

Transit. 3–7 business days once dispatched.

Cost. Free. There is no minimum and no surprise at checkout — the price on the product page is the price you pay.

Tracking. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the order ships. If it has not arrived when you expect it, write to hello@taketimeto.me and we will chase it.

Lost or damaged in transit. Tell us within 7 days of the delivery date and we replace it.
